We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in a Year 3 classroom. This full-time role involves working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including ADHD and other learning differences.
Pay: £13.80 per hour, plus holiday pay.
Location: Norris Green
Start: Asap until July 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday- 8.45am-3.15pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide general classroom support to help pupils with SEN and ADHD access the curriculum
- Support children working below age-related expectations with a nurturing and patient approach
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation throughout the school day

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Education, Childcare, or related subjects are desirable
- We welcome applications from individuals with relevant experience who are currently working towards a related qualification.
All applicants must hold an enhanced DBS certificate (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered on the DBS update service. Candidates will be asked to provide a minimum of five years references and successfully pass all safeguarding checks
